Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with every purchase you make. If you are not you may cancel any service ordered by contacting the Company within 7 days of the date of purchase provided such cancellation is received in writing and no work has begun on any of the services purchased. Cancellations must be sent via email off the website support page.
We will refund or return any services purchased within 7 days of the date of purchase provided no work has begun on any of the services purchased.
Any services purchased after 7 days of the date of purchase cannot be refunded or returned however they can, should the service(s) still be available, be exchanged for an alternative service of similar value
Returns and exchange requests for services purchased might incur media commission, exchange rate and processing fees. Should this be the case only the fee (commission, exchange rate or processing) portion will be withheld and the balance of the service or package fee will be returned.
